The UT Forestry Club came in fifth overall at the 67th annual Association of Southern Forestry Clubs (ASFC) Conclave at the University of Arkansas at Monticello (UAM) from March 19-21.
Seventeen students and two faculty advisors traveled to Monticello for three days of competition and camaraderie with other forestry clubs.
A total of 14 clubs competed in the conclave. Kaitlyn Taylor brought home second place in women’s bow saw, and Jackson Daniels won second place in timber estimation.
