UT Wildlife and Fisheries Society wins third overall in wildlife conclave

The UT student chapter of the Wildlife and Fisheries Society placed third overall against 19 other schools at the Southeastern Wildlife Conclave from March 19-21 at the University of Florida.

Several students also brought home wins in the individual competitions:

Carter Bruce – First Place in Turkey Calling
Kaylie Hawthorne – First Place in Research Presentation
Kaylei Malone – First Place in Lab Practicum
Erin Davis, Scott Pharr, Luke Davis, and Christopher Temple – Second Place in Obstacle Course
Mollie Bright – Third Place in Field Measurements
Jarret Dietzler – Third Place in Plant Taxonomy
Mary Jo Thomas, Kaylei Malone, Mollie Bright, and Jarret Dietzler – Third Place in Quiz Bowl
