Cecile Grubb is researching how to replace oil-derived materials with renewable materials in car parts in a fellowship with Volkswagen. The goal: reducing the carbon footprint of the auto industry. Grubb is a Center for Carbon Renewal PhD student and in David Harper’s lab.
