UT Forestry Club and Timbersports bring home wins from 66th annual Conclave

The UT Forestry Club placed in men’s and women’s bowsaw and in the new forest health event at the 66th annual Association of Southern Forestry Clubs Conclave.

Matthew Long won third in men’s bowsaw, and Kaitlyn Taylor won second in women’s bowsaw. Taylor and Madeline Hall also placed second in the forest health event.

Alabama A&M University hosted this year’s conclave in Huntsville, Ala. Professor David Buckley and Assistant Professor Stephen Peairs joined the club members for the competition.
