The UTK Wildlife and Fisheries Society placed fourth overall out of 20 schools in physical events at the Wildlife Conclave hosted by Murray State University from March 14-16.

Eighteen students from the society participated in the conclave. They competed in seven physical competitions, nine intellectual competitions, and 11 art competitions.

Bereket Graves and Drew Turek earned first place in kayak relay, Jimmy Collins placed first in fly casting, and Alec Nance earned first in cervid calling. Hannah Guess earned second place for trail camera photography and fourth place for drawing. Bradley Hatcher received fourth place in rifle, Jake Ford earned fourth place in trap setting, and Zoey Best received fourth place in painting. Graves also had the fastest time for squirrel processing.

UT Martin will host the 2025 Southeastern Student Wildlife Conclave.
