The Outdoor Enthusiast Expo will take place September 19-20 at Maryville College. The two-day event will bring together both consumptive (e.g., hunting, fishing) and non-consumptive (e.g., hiking, birding) outdoor enthusiasts. It will also promote shared learning and appreciation for the natural world. The expo aims to build a community that values diverse outdoor activities, fosters understanding, and encourages conservation.
It will feature hands-on educational sessions where participants can experience various outdoor pursuits such as birding, hiking, hunting, fishing, kayaking/canoeing, mountain climbing, and other activities. Keynote speakers will address topics on conservation and the contributions of hunting and fishing for conservation funding.
Organizers are offering sponsorship packages and vendor opportunities. You can find details and contact information on the expo’s website.
