The School of Natural Resources became official on January 1, 2023. About 363 students, including 316 undergraduates, are enrolled in the program. The field work and hands-on experiences offered by the school programs drew in many of its current students.
The School of Natural Resources celebrated its new designation two weeks ago. It was previously the Department of Forestry, Wildlife and Fisheries. Faculty, staff, students and administrators gathered to recognize the change and what it means for the future.
EurekAlert! and RFD-TV both featured the new school in recent publications.
